This year, our celebration takes on a deeper purpose. In partnership with the UAE Food Cluster, we introduce the Sustainable Sadya, encouraging mindful portions, responsible consumption, and greater appreciation for the ingredients, people, and resources behind every dish.

This Onam, Novotel & Adagio Dubai Al Barsha celebrates more than a festival, we honour a cherished tradition, a rich cultural heritage, and the joy of coming together around food. For 30 days, experience an authentic Onam Sadya featuring 27 traditional delicacies, thoughtfully prepared by our culinary team and traditionally served on a banana leaf.
